Who it suits

  • Individuals and couples considering Warsaw within roughly the next six months
  • People who want to test daily life before committing to a lease or a move
  • Anyone who would rather decide with sourced numbers than with impressions

Who it does not suit

  • People who need immigration, legal or tax advice (you will need a qualified professional for that)
  • Larger families or school searches, which need a separate scope
  • Anyone looking for a tour guide; this is decision support, not sightseeing

Weekday support
Fourteen calendar days around your agreed visit, on weekdays, up to ten consolidated requests.

An example itinerary

Illustrative example only. Your itinerary is built around your priorities and dates.

  1. Before you travel. Intake, 60-minute planning call, budget worksheet, neighborhood comparison and itinerary.
  2. Day 1, on your own. Arrive, settle in, ride public transport and walk the first shortlisted area in the evening.
  3. Day 2, with Nick (up to four hours). Local orientation across your shortlisted areas: transport, everyday shopping, housing types and your questions.
  4. Day 3, on your own. A rush-hour commute test, a normal grocery shop and a second look at your favorite area on a weekend morning.
  5. After your visit. A 30-minute decision session and a written summary of next steps.

The in-person orientation is one session of up to four hours. The rest of the itinerary is self-guided, with weekday support in writing.
