I’m Nick, an American living in Warsaw. I know how many everyday decisions come with moving countries. I combine that personal experience with professional project-management skills to help you plan the move and keep the practical work organized.

How I work

My professional background is in project management, where the job is to make a complex piece of work visible: who is responsible for what, by when, at what cost, and what is still open. A move has the same shape. Warsaw Landing applies that discipline to your relocation.

  • Written scope, clear limits. You know what is included before you pay, and what is not.
  • Sourced numbers. Every material cost estimate carries its source and the date it was checked.
  • One plan. Tasks, appointments and decisions in a single place, kept up to date.
  • Honest outcomes. If Warsaw is not right for you, a clear "not now" is a good result.

What I don’t do

I am not a lawyer, immigration adviser, tax adviser or real-estate agent, and I do not pretend to be. When you need one of those professionals, I help you get organized for the conversation, and you engage them directly.

You can write to me directly at nick@warsawlanding.com.

Why Warsaw Landing

The name is about arrival: the moment between deciding and settling, when the most practical help is a plan. Try Warsaw first if you are still deciding. Move with a plan when you are ready.
